@femifire1 Lazy? Now THAT’s a good one. Funny when I had a “real job” I actually worked fewer hours than I do now and was bored out of my mind. Now I do what I love and make a lot more money. It’s not for everyone, but the key in life is doing what you enjoy. And if you can find something that allows you to make, good honest money ethically, then go for it. Anyone who finds a way to make their own full-time income is an entrepreneur.
better stick to your job and forgetr this lazy affiliate stuff..or just be entrepreneur and not this funny affiliate stuff
thanks Lisa, very educational! especially for someone like me, a layman when it comes to affiliate marketing.
@aacdo Yes it is. I attend an affiliate marketing conference once and awhile and there are thousands of people doing what I do full-time. It took me 2 years to get my site to replace my 9 to 5. By year 4, I had quadrupled it and I quit then. My results may not be typical but definitely doable if you put in the hours.
Im just curious if affiliate marketing is really a legitamite way to make an income or even replace a job. How long did it take for you to start making substantial money?

We believe after the hard fought struggle of the consumers against the power's to be in California for the proliferation of the "Electric Car" it is possible for the "Electric Car" to make a come back.
The EV1 Electric Car has all the Technology already in place and has been manufactured by one of largest car manufacturers ( GM ) that we ( The American Tax Payer ) now own a substantial share in.

I don’t know if these emails are fake or not.But this is one of those cases where the initial investment is important. I think it is clear the Winklevoss’ were working on their own ‘Facebook’.Timing counts for a lot in business. Would Zuckerberg have been able to launch when he did without the help of some of these *little* investments. Who knows?Who knows what might have been. Maybe some one else would have launched something similar and they would have been the next big thing?I don’t think people should trivialize this $1000 investment if it did happen. Facebook really isn’t [...]

The idea of "target marketing" is to first understand what your product/service is used for and who is using it. When you establish your target market you have to put yourself in their shoes. What do they like about the product? What does this person like to do? Common hobbies of this target market, etc.. When you answer all of these questions, you build your product or service around these attributes of your target market to better market your product. The overall benefit is you know how to market your product and to whom. (what media, packaging design, distribution, etc.)

Sorry if that’s the way it came across. It was more geared on the fact that my SO respects me and others, treats people with dignity, is intelligent, etc. Just general things that I find separates boys and idiots from men *and* girls and idiots from women. Not that boys and girls are bad people…. just not developed or matured in many ways, therefor lacking many psychological traits that I personally affiliate with being an adult.
The best and most economical is NETWORKING, giving
business cards away everywhere you go, meting, knowing people, ask friends to refer you and of course after offering great service WORD OF MOUTH is your best reference, letting clients to do the advertising for you.
Another way is INTERNET. Register in all those mayor searching websites. Now a days people use Internet 99%
of the times when looking for a service or business. It's very economical and the results are amazing.

Designers are a dime a dozen. They’re one step up from “idea men.” Google doesn’t want ideas – they most likely already have their idea people in place. They want people that can make ideas happen. The guy in the article sounded crybaby-ish because Google didn’t recognize his uber design skills when – in my many years of actual design experience – most designers simply aren’t that good. They just have a way of BSing their way into lofty positions (good looks don’t hurt in the marketing realm either). I’m pretty sure Google recognizes that reality as well. TL;DR – [...]

It's tricky, it's all in how you present it and word things, it's pretty much the same thing just if you really put pressure on a person or if you just offer them some information would probably make the difference.
Ha! No, you’re not crazy Mr. Worre. So many of us do exactly that. We apologize in many covert ways. And I think we first need to stop apologizing to ourselves! For some reason, we are attracted to NM which is different and not mainstream and there’s an acceptance curve with that. It really is ok to like NM. We just have to get comfortable with that. I recently re-wrote my testimonial and it read very similarly to a 12 step testimonial. ‘Hi, I’m Natalie and I think Network Marketing rocks!’. Funny!

Variable marketing is basically tailoring your marcom to the target audience. You most frequently see it in direct mail:
"Dear <<recipient name>>,
Like many other people who live in <<recipient home town>>…"
By tailoring the message to the individual (or group), you tend to create more of a sense of intimacy with the target and usually see a higher response rate.
Hope this helps!

I think of commercials…which I hate. Especially ones for prescriptions. Your Doc should tell you what you need, you don't tell him what you think you need. But, if I never heard of a certain product or brand, I won't buy it.
Hi MotherBluePrague:)
There are a variety of ways to get people to your site. As far as I know, the fastest way to get traffic is by using Google AdWords. However, you'll have to pay money out of your pocket…and you could lose some if you're not prepared.
There are many other free methods as well that are highly effective. A single post can't explain it…although there are some great free eCourses online.
Maybe.
The issue for the dealer is him getting sued because you sold a bad car, you not being covered on his insurance and/or jacking up his rate.
Bonding isn't a big issue. Bonds are $50-100.
Garage liability is $2000-3000 a year.
License fees $100-1500
And of course you must have a car lot with sign, office & so forth if you want to sell to the public.
The bottom line is the dealer wont want to take on the liability of you bring for $200 a car.
If you do ANYTHING wrong, its the dealer who gets sued.
First, if you are into "Brawling" you shouldn't start training until you grow up. There are few things worse than a trained fighter picking on people that aren't trained. All of that said, if you're tall choose Muay Thai, if you're short pick BJJ, if you're an average height, say 5'9" – 5'11" either of them will do fine. If you plan on competing in mma someday you'll need to do both. Start with BJJ because if you're a fish out of water on the ground people will just take you down and submit you i.e. Mishima in PRIDE.
